#1: WHAT-HAPPENS-AFTER-THE-SESSION POLICY
One week after your session, I'll send an email with a link to your proofs for you to choose your top poses. One week from your finalized selection submission I will send you a new gallery of those fully edited images. From the gallery, you can download the files, back them up, and safely print them in any size up to 24x16” using the print lab of your choice.
#2: BOOKING POLICY
In order to reserve a session date, you must sign the portrait agreement, and submit payment for your session fee. No session dates or plans will be confirmed until both are completed.
#4: PRIVACY POLICY
I understand that privacy is a concern for some of my clients and do my best to balance any concerns you may have with my own need to market my business, much of which is necessarily done online. I usually share somewhere between 1 and 3 images from a session online - sometimes more, sometimes fewer. None of the photos I share online are tagged in any way, and I don't mention first or last names in association with any images. The most identifying thing that I do is tag images with a general (town) location... otherwise, I try to make it as anonymous as possible, such that individuals would only be identified if someone who knew them happened to be perusing my social media or website. That level of privacy is built into how I run my business and doesn't cost anything at all. Please contact me if you'd like to further discuss other privacy options.
#5: WEATHER POLICY
If the forecast is questionable, contact me two days beforehand to talk about the options. If you would prefer to reschedule, please let me know immediately - no later than 24 hours before the session start time. If you would like to proceed with the session as scheduled, you will need to provide an indoor option for the session, then the day of the session, we can make a final determination of whether the session will be held indoors or outdoors.

Q: What if I don't love my photos?
A: I'm happy to say that 99% of the time, a little preparation on your end and a lot of experience on my end result in a set of photos you will absolutely adore, but I understand that there's no way for you to know that until you have them in your hand. If you're not happy with the photos from your session, I will make it right, whether that's by refunding your session fee or reshooting the session. 100% Guaranteed.
